Listeria monocytogenes

Listeria spp. can be found throughout the environment, and therefore, there is a potential for Listeria contamination in a wide variety of foods. Meat, eggs, chicken, seafood, dairy products and vegetables have all been identified as sources of Listeria outbreaks.
